肉燥米粉

做法:1.米粉在水中浸泡一下

     2.放在滾水中煮約2分鐘後撈起

     3.淋上滷肉,汁即可

滷肉做法:

(快鍋)省時料理:

食材: 1.五花粗絞肉       調味:.醬油            

           2.香菇                               .冰糖                     

          3.紅蔥頭切片                     米酒少許               

          4.八角數粒                                            

          5.薑片                                        

 做法:  1.起油鍋炒香紅蔥頭及香菇 

            2.將全部食材放進快鍋中加入水及醬油 

               (要蓋過食材)適量冰糖,米酒

            3.快鍋燒10-12分鐘後開蓋

            4.倒入砂鍋(或一般鍋)續煮10-15分鐘即可

(一般鍋)作法:

食材:  1.五花肉切細         調味:醬油            

             (豬皮分開)                   冰糖                     

           2.香菇切細                    米酒少許               

           3.紅蔥頭切片                                             

           4.八角數粒                                          

           5.薑片

 做法: 1.起油鍋炒香紅蔥頭,撈起紅蔥頭                                                

          2.剩餘的油續炒五花細肉及香菇,放一點醬油拌炒

          3.將五花細肉,紅蔥頭,香菇及豬皮放入砂鍋中 

             加水及醬油,酒(要高過食材2-3公分)

          4.再放入適量冰糖,八角,薑片 

          5.慢火燒約40分鐘至1小時即可
