 毛豆蛋炒飯

  食材: 毛豆            做法:   1.  2顆蛋打勻,入油鍋炒好,盛起

          胡蘿蔔丁                 2. 鍋中以少許油炒蒜片及櫻花蝦

          五穀飯                    3. 再放進隔夜(放冰箱)的五穀飯及

          蛋2粒                        炒好的毛豆(見下方食譜)以中火翻炒 

          櫻花蝦                    4 加入炒好的蛋,蔥花及少許醬油,鹽

          蒜片                           調味即可

          蔥花 

炒毛豆

食材: 1.豬肉絲(可不用)            調味:醬油                

         2.毛豆                              太白粉                     

         3.胡蘿蔔丁                         味霖                                           

         4.花枝丸切丁                                                       

         5. 蒜末             

做法: 1..毛豆胡蘿蔔在鍋中川燙到7-8分熟(或用電鍋蒸)                   

        2.  肉絲加醬油太白粉拌勻醃一下 ,鍋中加一點油,

              以小火炒熟後撈起                  

        3. 再起油鍋,小火慢炒蒜末,毛豆及胡蘿蔔,花枝丸丁,炒好  

             放入肉絲 加一點水,味霖及醬油悶煮至毛豆熟透為止

*利用前一天吃剩的毛豆來炒飯,方便營養又美味!
