蘿蔔燒肉  

食材:1.五花肉2條          調味: 1.醬油:水= 1碗 :2碗          

       2.紅,白蘿蔔                   2.米酒 1湯匙                                 

       3.牛蒡半根                    3.冰糖1-2湯匙                                

       4.香菇數朵                    4.鹽適量                                       

       5.蔥蒜                          5.水 2碗                                        

       6.八角 約3粒                                                                  

                                                                             

快鍋作法:

1.將切好的五花肉放入快鍋, 加入水,醬油,酒

  (需蓋過食材),及蒜,八角及冰糖,燒約10分鐘

 2.期間另起油鍋,胡蘿蔔及香菇入鍋中炒

 3. 肉燒好後熄火開蓋, 加入食材(2-4),換一般

     鍋蓋續燒10分鐘 

 4.再加入蔥略煮及適量的鹽即可

一般鍋作法:

將 (1)步驟延長為30分鐘,其他作法如同
